Description: Welcome to the Woodlands Country House. Our luxury bed and breakfast accommodation is located in Gorey, Co. Wexford, in the sunny south east of Ireland. Built in 1836 - Woodlands Country House is set in two acres of mature Gardens and courtyard of old stone buildings. This beautiful Georgian residence retains all the characteristics of the period and offers superb accommodation.
All toiletries are supplied, hairdryers, tea/coffee facilities, Central Heating throughout, log fires, electric blankets to make your bed more comfy on cold nights. On arrival guest are greeted with tea/coffee and home made scones with preserves are served.
Our AA 5 star rating makes this is a very special place to stay - away from the hustle and bustle - you can hear the silence - with lovely woodlands walks - hill or beach walking within 10 minutes drive. We have 2 acres of gardens with a lake, so if you wish to relax all day, you are welcome.
